Waters Designs is a full-service firm which creatively executes residential and hospitality projects from concept to turn-key completion. We approach interiors with a holistic vision, blurring the lines between architecture and interior design. Waters Designs takes a hands-on approach to fabrication and construction, producing refreshingly smart interiors. We create custom interiors for full new builds and renovations that stand the test of time.

KIANA WATERS SANTIMER
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, award-winning designer, Kiana brings to the table a portfolio of residential interiors which span various coastlines, countries and a multitude of styles. She is able to distill the essence of artful comfort, subtly melding contemporary aesthetics with timeless design; allowing spaces to become places of freedom and clarity.
Armed with academic and professional knowledge of architecture and design, she takes a comprehensive approach to her interiors, transforming environments into a truly creative reflection of each individual client. Kiana has the unique ability to “get” people and has a passion for delivering happiness in the form of great design.
JULIE HANANO
Julie strongly believes in the correlation between a well designed space and overall happiness. Her love of texture, print and interesting form combined with her ability to organize, listen and provide solutions has aided in the success of her work. Prior to her last endeavor as a designer for a luxury private development, Julie has worked on commercial and high-end residential projects throughout the Pacific NorthWest, Westcoast and Hawaii.
She spent a few years in the states receiving her B.S. in Interior Design, before returning home to Hawaii Island. Surrounded by the beautiful ocean and lush mountains, she embraces what island living is truly about; creating meaningful relationships, honoring our surroundings and supporting our local communities.
